What people say ....
'Liberating, exhilarating and energizing. Dance Journey takes you further down the road to re-connect with your deeper self. An individual journey, taken at your own pace, it releases tension from the body, and lifts the mind into a clearer space. Excellent spring cleaning for the mind, body and soul.' Suzanne
'At the age of 62 I have not danced since leaving school. Sarah and Peta Jane inspired me to dance, expressing the rhythm of my body for its well-being.' Veronica

How did you feel after the weekend?
Serenity (which I am pleased to say I am holding onto)
The decision to run my life - instead of letting it run me (which I am also maintaining)
Sundays heart space council was a profound and moving experience for me because it is so rare to talk from your heart.
I have the courage to pursue my spiritual path at last and focus on love instead of intellectual prowess. Thank-you. Love and laughter
Time for meditating, group discussion, formal exercises/dancing, free dancing, celebration of the season, and FUN.
Inspiration, and a new attitude to my big messy garden and my life.
I had such a great time and these words seem paltry.
Awakened - encouraged my playful side.
The chance to give myself more fully to experiencing.
The joys of that weekend have stayed with me for a long time, and actually taken me into a softer and more positive space generally.
A warm sense of wellbeing
Connection: to the elements, to nature and to myself. The silent walk in the woods was amazing. I felt with an incredible intensity and had some wonderful insights.
How did you feel about the group?
Community: I felt that living in this way, cooking and working, talking and playing together with a sacred intent is really the ONLY sensible way to live, but I need to practice it much much more.
Brilliant to meet so many like-minded people.
The group preparation of the food and generally get back into camp life was a great way to break the ice, help people mingle, and create a sense of community.
I felt a valued member of the group all the time.
I really enjoyed the weekend. The new company, the rituals and the lovely space of the field and the shared mealtimes.
How did you feel about The Field and the amenities?
The field is a lovely space, with appropriate amenities.
I loved the setting, a feeling of spaciousness, being able to see into the distance, but also secluded, being bounded on one side by trees.
I loved the toilets, sounds perverse but it is true. Sitting on the throne with nature all around … admiring the view.
Tipi: FANTASTIC space - took me back to those childhood dreams of what it felt like to go camping for the first time, kind of a childhood experience of wonder; fantastic spiritual experience.
How did you feel about the food?
The food was excellent, I couldn't fault it.
The food was wonderful mainly vegan and tasted great because we were sharing and eating in the field. What a pleasure.
Abundant!
The food was excellent, and more than that the whole way of preparing it together, blessing it, eating it around the fire, brewing tea afterwards, and sitting round chatting with different people was a very important part of the pleasures for me.
How did you feel about your guides for the weekend?
I loved our guides, all so different and all so gorgeous.
I thought the three of you worked very well together.
We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived full of the outside world.
What would you do differently next time?
Bring a mattress and duvet cover as well as a sleeping bag.
Warm layers for the evening
Bring a drum! and some more colorful clothes!
